Victoria Residence is located along the renewed Fortstraat in Oosteroever Ostend. Thanks to its relaxed architecture, Victoria Residence has undoubtedly paved the way for the further development of Oosteroever as a new city by the sea. The building has been constructed with an irregular pattern of sleek black and white anthracite exposed concrete, which gives the design a playful yet very stylish character.
